Challenge
To avoid over-targeting existing visitors.
Solution
A set of dynamically innovative digital media that allows users to refocus based on the path they last saw and spent most of their time looking at. This was done by introducing a context campaign to increase reach by showing potential viewers the current and most popular tour. In addition, we apply daily and lifetime frequency limits specific to each user to avoid overexposure.
Results
We achieved a click through rate (CTR) of 0.09%, generating a number of new sales. In the first month of campaign activity, the cost per share (CPA) was reduced by 20%, exceeding the customer's goal. In February 2013, post-click revenue (generated by both dynamic retargeting and the prospecting campaign) generated a return on investment (ROI) of 272%.
